The Glow Challenger T2 3m Square Premium Faded Black Free Arm Parasol is a free-arm parasol with added LED lighting offering a functional yet stylish addition to the garden.
The free-arm nature of the parasol means that it is easily movable in all directions using handy levers and foot pedals rather than having to move the whole base.
The parasol is also workable by one person, and no real strength is required to adjust it.
Our T2 Parasols offer a double tilt system, which means the parasol can be easily moved to follow the sun without moving the heavy base. You can tilt the parasol from side to side or backwards. Rather than using a ratchet system like most non-premium parasols, the side-to-side movement can be held easily at any angle you require by simply locking it in place with a handy lever.
This premium parasol can also be moved around 360 degrees in a smooth and easy action, guaranteeing shade wherever you desire all day long. The mechanism of the parasol is a durable stainless steel encased in a strong powder-coated aluminium housing, meaning no rust or corrosion. It also has a robust weather-resistant powder-coated aluminium pole. Another premium feature of this parasol is that the tension springs are also at the end of the canopy, which helps to keep the fabric taught, secure, and looking its best. The square shape complements an outdoor seating or dining set to ensure you have the right amount of shade. The Glow Challenger also allows you to sit out on those warm summer evenings as the sun goes down as it has warm white LED lighting along the ribs. The light can be switched to create direct lighting, shining both upwards and downwards, or alternatively, switch the light to shine solely upwards if you fancy a more ambient, relaxed feel.
The Glow parasol is wireless and comes with two rechargeable batteries that last up to 3 hours and can be charged using the USB charger included, making this a reliable choice in comparison to similar parasols on the market that rely on solar panels.
The canopy of the parasol is made from luxurious premium-class 240g Spuncrylic, finished in a beautiful Dusky Black. Unlike other non-premium parasols on the market, the fabric fibres are solution dyed through to the core rather than just the outer layer, meaning that any possible fading from the sun will not be seen for twice as long compared to other parasols on the market. This fabric is also water-repellent and dirt-resistant. The premium-class spuncrylic fabric also boasts up to 98% protection against the damaging UV rays, which is the highest level possible.
